Our Tandoori Lamb Leg Steaks are centre-cut chops from the Lamb Leg, that are then coated in a unique blend of wonderfully aromatic Tandoori spices. Also known as the Gigot Chop, this particular cut is unique in that it includes a section of the leg bone, including the bone marrow. When grilled, this bone marrow and the associated fat keeps the meat moist, juicy and tender, and packed full of sweet flavour! Equally suited to grilling, barbecuing or roasting in the oven – or why not try them in a heart-warming casserole?
