Chicken Tikka Breast

We use our premium quality Boneless Chicken Breasts to make our Chicken Tikka Breast. Marinated in a subtle Tikka spice for a minimum of 24 hours, and then oven roasted to perfection. We then allow the breast to cool, before slicing. This ensures that the juices are retained, and the breast holds together when slicing. Absolutely delectable in a simple Chicken Salad Sandwich, with lashings of Sriracha Mayo!
