Korean Beef

Our Korean Beef is made from the very best…Aberdeen Angus Topside, and is 100% Premium Irish Grass Fed Beef, that has been grazing on the lush pastures of Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. It is also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC). The Topside is first of all roasted, and then allowed to chill before it is sliced. We then combine the slices with Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Sesame Oil, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar and a blend of Herbs & Spices, and allow the meat to marinate for a minimum of 24 hours before it is ready to be served.
