As with all of our Lamb, our Boneless Cubed Lamb is also taken from naturally reared, grass fed lambs, and is offered to you either cut from the Shoulder or Leg. Whichever cut you choose, you can be confident that you’re receiving a top quality, full of character, naturally juicy product, that is packed to bursting with that distinctive Lamb flavour! Our skilled butchers have removed the flesh from the bone, along with any excess fat and/or sinew, and cut into roughly equal sized cubes. This will ensure even cooking for any of your dishes!
You’ll be pleased to know that all of our grass fed lamb is sourced from just down the road in Shropshire, so it’s as local as can be!
