Our Peppered Steaks are prepared from a top quality cut of Halal Beef. Cut from the Sirloin, these steaks are then coated in a unique blend of different herbs and spices, including a range of dried peppers, such as Black Pepper, Red Pepper and Paprika, giving the finished product a fiery kick and your taste buds a nice little “pick me up”! The fat content and marbling of the Sirloin, lends itself perfectly to the strong pepper notes, so if you’re someone who loves their Steak, either seasoned with Pepper or served with a classic Pepper Sauce, then we dare you to give this a try.
