Our incomparable Wagyu Ribeye, with a Beef Marble Score (BMS) of 8-9 (out of a maximum score of 12) will either come from the award winning Jack’s Creek of Australia or from the largest producer of Wagyu Beef in Chile, Agricola Mollendo. Either way, this Beef represents the best Beef that money can buy, and you will receive meat from full bred, 100% Japanese Wagyu Cattle, that has been grazing on open pastures, and pampered with a carefully selected grain and cereal diet, that results in the characteristic, rich marbling that Wagyu Beef is famous for. Our Wagyu Ribeye makes a well-deserved, rich and bold steak dinner for one. The density of marbling in these steaks gives them a fuller depth of flavour, and a succulence that is indescribable. The Wagyu Ribeye is best-enjoyed medium rare, but it will still be unbelievably tender for those who prefer their steaks cooked medium, but ideally no more than medium.
