Wagyu Beef Tikki

That’s correct! You read that right! Wagyu Beef Tikki! Made from Minced Wagyu Beef, taken from trimmings and off-cuts of various prime joints, ensuring each Tikki is made from fantastically flavoured beef, and is kept moist and succulent from the generous amounts of fat marbling. Finally, we then combine the Wagyu Beef with traditional Desi Kebab herbs and spices i.e Coriander, Green Chilli, Minced Onion, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper. It’s safe to say that not only do they pack a bit of a spicy punch, but they also make a refreshing change to the bog standard Tikki’s, Shami and Chapli Kebabs that you may be used to! These are a bit of a game changer!
