Spinach and Mozarella Stuffed Chicken Breast

Chicken Breast, opened up and stuffed with Palak (Spinach) and fresh Mozzarella, and finally coated with a wonderful crushed Taco Breadcrumb. Part of our oven ready specialty range. No preparation whatsoever required. Just roast in a medium to hot oven at 180 deg C/Gas Mark 4 for 45 minutes, or in an air-fryer, remove, then slice up and serve on the side of some lovely roasted potatoes, and steamed country vegetables. This dish also goes exceptionally well on the side of Dauphinoise potatoes, or if you prefer, it goes equally well alongside some spiced rice or couscous. Say NO to ready meals and be inspired!
