Using prime lamb shoulder mince, our handmade Seekh Kebabs are made jam-packed with flavour, spice and tradition. After crafting the meat, we then combine a mix of desi herbs and spices, such as: Coriander, Green Chilli, Minced Onion, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper, allowing a spicy, yet soft and succulent texture.
