Deservedly popular, deeply-flavoured Beef Sirloin Steak is an absolute classic for good reason. Cut from the loin, widely believed to be the tastiest cut of Beef, and with a bigger and beefier taste to Fillet or Ribeye, Sirloin steak is a perfect match for highly-flavoured sauces, such as Peppercorn, Chimichurri, Salsa Verde and Blue Cheese Sauce. Sirloin Steak is also exceptionally suited to both Chinese and Japanese cuisine, particularly when teamed with their bold sauces, such as Black Bean and Sesame, or Teriyaki. This particular steak is essentially our “every day” steak. It’s not quite prestigious enough to serve to guests, but it is perfect for when you want a Steak for lunch or dinner, but you don’t want to break the bank!
