Perhaps the “Rolls Royce” of roasts, and a true British favourite, the Saddle of Lamb joint is a show-stopping centrepiece. The saddle is located on the small of the back and is said to be the tenderest of all the cuts. Filled with sweet and tender Lamb meat taken from both sides of the prized Loin of Lamb as a Saddle. Expertly prepared, rolled and boned for an easy carve, this is our succulent and sumptuous Lamb at its finest, with the mouthwatering sweet taste, testament to the quality of the lush hills where these animals graze.
You’ll be pleased to know that all of our grass fed lamb is sourced from just down the road in Shropshire, so it’s as local as can be!
