Lamb Mince is particularly good for Meatballs, Burgers and other Patties. Due to the wonderful earthy and robust flavoured fat content, it’s particularly popular in Middle Eastern recipes such as Stuffed Aubergine, Koftas and Kebabs, where the warming spices stand up well against the strong, earthy flavour of the Lamb. Alternatively, it’s also suitable for a Moussaka, Shepherd’s Pie or Bolognese. It’s versatility means that there’s an endless number of dinners that can be garnered from it! Our Minced Lamb is taken from the off cuts of Prime Lamb joints, so you’re guaranteed a top quality, delicious product! We can supply it to you as a Single Grind, if you need a more coarse grind, or alternatively, if you require a smoother texture, we can supply it to you as a Double Grind.
You’ll be pleased to know that all of our grass fed lamb is sourced from just down the road in Shropshire, so it’s as local as can be!
