Product Description

Lamb Chump Steaks come from the Rump of the Lamb, at the point where the top of the Leg meets the Loin. They’re often described as the Lamb equivalent of Beef Rump Steak. If the bone is left in, they are known as Chump Chops, but we remove the bone so that they become the Chump Steak. They are generally lean and with a truly wonderful, wholesome and deep flavour. They are perfect for grilling or barbecuing but also absolutely delicious when marinated and slow roasted in the oven. They’re especially suited to Middle Eastern and North African dishes. As with all of our Lamb, our Lamb Chump Steaks come from naturally reared, grass fed lambs.

You’ll be pleased to know that all of our grass fed lamb is sourced from just down the road in Shropshire, so it’s as local as can be!
