Sourced from the very best Shropshire farm, these Lamb Chops naturally lend themselves to a quick fry or griddle, with impressive flavour that reflects the diets of wildflowers, herbs and natural grasses that these Lambs graze on day-in, day-out. The light covering of fat and gentle marbling will melt into the meat while it cooks, whilst the bone will help to keep the meat moist and add flavour to your sauce or gravy.
