We’re hugely proud to say that unlike our competitors who sell Halal Beef Rashers from a third party, we prepare our Halal Beef Rashers IN-HOUSE, using premium quality Irish Sirloin Steak, salt cured over the course of one whole week, and then packed and vacuum sealed, ensuring the end product reaches you as fresh as the day it was sliced! A true artisan product, in every sense of the word, and for us, the painstaking work over the course of an entire week, to cure the meat, really is a labour of love. Using our own unique blend of herbs and spices, this is a product that we at Malik Butchers are hugely proud of, and thankfully, our dear customers seem to love it too! Taking on a crispy texture after cooked, our bacon is equally at home as part of a traditional cooked breakfast, topping your favourite burger or even as a simple bacon sandwich, with lashings of Tomato Ketchup, Brown Sauce or if you’re wanting something a little more piquant, English Mustard!
