Chicken Legs – Jerk Marinade

Consisting of the Drumstick and Thigh and on the bone, these are then marinated overnight in a fiery and bold Jerk marinade, consisting of ingredients such as Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Garlic, Nutmeg, Allspice and Thyme amongst many others. The result, after grilling or roasting, is a wonderfully aromatic Chicken dish, hot, tangy and sweet in equal measure. Absolutely perfect for the barbecue, team them up with some “rice & peas” and a lovely green salad, and you have the makings of a bold and vibrant meal!
