Product Description

The Bone-In Leg of Lamb has been a firm, time honoured favourite of all British dinner tables for many a year, and with good reason. With an abundance of lean, succulent and juicy meat, it is ideal for a roast with all the trimmings, with the robust, earthy flavours well suited to cooking with aromatic rosemary. This joint represents the best of seasonal flavours, with the sweetness and sumptuousness that has come to be expected of top quality Lamb that has spent its life grazing on the pastures full of natural grasses and herbs. We’ve taken this a step further by coating it in a selection of warming Desi Spices such as Ginger, Garlic, Coriander, Cumin and many more. After slow roasting, the result is a sumptuous, succulent, fiery but warming, full flavoured assault on the senses! Try it as an alternative Sunday Roast, with a subtly spiced gravy and all the trimmings!

You’ll be pleased to know that all of our grass fed lamb is sourced from just down the road in Shropshire, so it’s as local as can be!
