Our renowned & always popular pre-rolled Angus Burger Patties as served at our specialist, in-house Street Food Deli, “The Butchers Kitchen” is 100% Premium Irish Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus Chuck and Brisket, where the animal has been grazing on the lush pastures of Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. It is also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC) and is made from the Chuck joint with an 80/20 meat to fat ratio. For the perfect burger, it turns out it’s all about the fat, and on this, our burger experts all concur — the most popular and flavourful ratio of meat to fat comes in at 80/20. Finally, the patties are lightly seasoned with our secret blend of Herbs and Spices, and they’re ready for your grill!
Our Aberdeen Angus Beef originates from 100% Grass Fed cattle, therefore it will contain many health and nutritional benefits such as high levels of Omega 3.
