Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. It is also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC) and is made from both the Chuck and the Brisket with an 80/20 meat to fat ratio.. For the perfect burger, it turns out it’s all about the fat, and on this, our burger experts all concur — the most popular and flavourful ratio of meat to fat comes in at 80/20. Just the mince, so you’re free to make your patties as big or as small as you like…or even smashed!
