Angus Beef Short Rib Lollipops

Our renowned & always popular Beef Short Rib Lollipops originate from 100% Premium Irish Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus Beef, that has been grazing on the lush pastures of Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. They are also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC). Short Ribs are a cut of Beef taken from the Rib areas of Beef cattle. They consist of a short portion of the Rib bone, which is overlain by a nice layer of Meat. Beef Short Ribs are a versatile cut, well suited to slow cooks, as well as marinating and popping under the grill or on the barbecue. Left on the bone for maximum flavour, these ribs promise melting quality, showcasing the rich quality of the Rib meat.

Here, the short rib is French Trimmed, then the fat is removed. It is then held together with butcher’s string so it cooks perfectly.
