Our Aberdeen Angus Tomahawk Steaks originate from 100% Premium Irish Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus Beef, that has been grazing on the lush pastures of Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. They are also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC). A Tomahawk Steak is essentially a Ribeye steak on a long-cut rib bone that has been French Trimmed, so more or less a French Trimmed Lamb Cutlet…supersized! A caveman classic and theatrical centrepiece that is perfect when cooked over flames. Our Tomahawks are well marbled to promise melting quality when cooked, while being on the bone promises maximum flavour, and because it originates from 100% Grass Fed cattle, it will contain many health and nutritional benefits such as high levels of Omega 3
