Our Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Steak is 100% Premium Irish Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus Beef, that has been grazing on the lush pastures of Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. It is also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC). The Sirloin steak is enriched considerably from a nugget of fat, the ‘eye,’ to keep the meat succulent, while it also guarantees a full flavoured treat as the fat caramelises and tenderises the meat while it cooks. Ideal for both weekend treats and midweek meals, our Sirloins are sourced exclusively from herds reared on lush Irish pastures, and because it originates from 100% Grass Fed cattle, it will contain many health and nutritional benefits such as high levels of Omega 3
