Our Aberdeen Angus Diced Beef Topside is 100% Premium Irish Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus Beef, that has been grazing on the lush pastures of Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. It is also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC). Our Master Butchers hand trim the joints to make them as lean as possible. Because they’re so lean and full of flavour, they’re a great choice for steak pies or puddings, or even for casseroles and stews with shorter cooking times. Alternatively, why not lightly marinade them and grill them on skewers for a tasty and healthy Beef Shish Kebab. A cut that is packed full of flavour, Diced Beef Topside is perfect for high protein, low fat meal preps.
