Product Description

Our Aberdeen Angus Diced Beef Topside Roast is 100% Premium Irish Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus Beef, that has been grazing on the lush pastures of Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. It is also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC). The Beef Topside Roast is the inner thigh muscle, taken from the hind leg by following the natural seam between the Knuckle and the Silverside. As a well-used muscle, it’s extremely lean with a lot of connective tissue, and a lovely fat cap to keep the joint moist whilst roasting. Topside roast also performs well diced and cooked low and slow in a casserole or braise. A great value joint, boasting the deep, beefy flavour that make our Beef so special. The Topside as a roasting joint is quite lean, so be sure not to let it dry out. While it can be sliced and braised, the Topside is perfect as a traditional roast dinner centrepiece, served alongside roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and creamy horseradish sauce.
