Our Aberdeen Angus Beef Brisket is 100% Premium Irish Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus Beef, that has been grazing on the lush pastures of Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. It is also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC). It might not be particularly fancy, but Beef Brisket is a long-standing favourite for a number of reasons. Not only is it bursting with meaty flavour; it has fantastic texture, goes a long way and when you weigh up cost vs taste, it represents tremendous value for money, and punches way above its weight! A great value joint taken from the breast of the animal, and well suited to super long & slow BBQ cooking for meltingly tender beef. The Brisket can also be slow-cooked in the oven for the entire day, to create perfect pulled beef. Our top quality Aberdeen Angus Beef contains superb levels of natural fat marbling running throughout the joint, making it exceptionally tender and full of flavour. We can also cut the Brisket for you into both small and/or large pieces, making it perfect for stews and casseroles.
