We use only the best quality, grass fed Lamb Back Chops for our Marinated Lamb Chops, ensuring that with every chop, you receive a piece of both the flavoursome loin and the wonderfully tender fillet. Our Marinated Lamb Chops are marinated in a traditional Desi marinade of Yoghurt, Mint, Coriander and Green Chilli, for a minimum period of 24 hours before they are ready for sale, ensuring that every last molecule of flavour has infused into the meat, tenderising it and guaranteed to melt in your mouth!
