Product Description

As with all of our Lamb, our Boneless Rolled Leg of Lamb comes from naturally reared, grass fed lambs, ensuring that the end product on your table, is the best quality it can possibly be, with the irrepressible earthy and succulent depth of flavour, that only top quality Lamb has. In this case, our Master Butchers have meticulously removed the bone, leaving just the flesh, with all of the various muscle groups still connected together, and a nice layer of tender fat. The joint can be sent rolled and ready for the oven. Alternatively we can send it unrolled, ready for you to marinade (or not), and then place flat on the barbecue for grilling. The skin will crisp up nicely, leaving the flesh a lovely pink colour and unmistakably juicy! As it’s cooked flat, and with no bone, carving is light work, in much the same way as one would carve a Beef Brisket. However it’s cooked, you can be confident that the familiar, mouthwatering deep rounded flavours of top quality Lamb will be there in abundance!

 

You’ll be pleased to know that all of our grass fed lamb is sourced from just down the road in Shropshire, so it’s as local as can be!
