Our Marinated Beef Steaks start life out as trim and tenderised Sirloin Steaks, that are then marinated for a minimum of 24 hours, in a selection of warming South Asian spices, such as Coriander, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic and many more. This steak is best booked on a grill or barbecue, and is mouthwateringly delicious when eaten as an alternative Steak Sandwich, with lashings of Cherry Tomato & Mango Chutney!
