Our Aberdeen Angus Beef Ribeye Roast is 100% Premium Irish Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus Beef, that has been grazing on the lush pastures of Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. It is also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC). Considered to be one of the tastiest and most elegantly flavoured of roasts, this indulgent cut is the eye from a classic fore-rib of beef – essentially a full Beef Ribeye, deboned and then rolled by our Master Butchers. Our rolled rib of Beef offers the characteristic marbling of the Rib flesh, running throughout the joint, giving our beef its exceptional flavour and natural succulence upon roasting. A wonderful beef joint, whether it’s for a celebration meal or a traditional Sunday Dinner, the Rolled Rib of Beef is easy to carve, and is a favourite of chefs and families, for its recognisable flavour, natural succulence, and robust character. Try sealing it and then slow roasting to a perfect medium-rare, with fresh garlic and thyme for that irresistible juicy texture, akin to a classic American Prime Rib, and serve with a rich gravy made from the roasting pan juices!
