Our USDA Prime Sirloin Steak originates from 100% Black Angus cattle, that has been fed on a high quality, corn based feed, after grazing freely for most of their lives in the lush pastures of the Midwestern USA. With the “Prime” grade accounting for less than 2% of US beef production, this grade is usually reserved for use in the best restaurants and hotels – you really are getting the best of the best! Our customers can expect 100% Black Angus beef that is hormone free and hand selected from young, well fed, well exercised beef cattle which has abundant marbling resulting in the best possible flavour. Similar to the Ribeye, the highly prized Sirloin is a slightly leaner alternative that delivers a deliciously uniform flavour and texture. A firm favourite.
