Our Aberdeen Angus Fillet Steak is 100% Premium Irish Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus Beef, that has been grazing on the lush pastures of Co. Mayo in the Republic of Ireland, for no longer than 36 months, and then handpicked to deliver consistent top quality. It is also certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Committee (HMC). There’s a good reason why Fillet Steak is held in such high regard – its smooth grain, delicate tenderness and refined flavour make it a cut to savour.
