Returns

Due to the nature of fresh and frozen food, we cannot accept returns under the Distance Selling Regulations Act. However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds

If your order has any issues, such as missing or incorrect items, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the matter.
All refund requests will be reviewed through our internal process, and we will inform you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you purchased an item at a discounted price, your refund will be based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider.
  2. Contact your credit/debit card issuer to confirm the status of the transaction.
    Processing times can vary, so please allow some time for the refund to be finalized.
    If you have done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match the description on our website, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Where possible, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
Exchanges are only available for items that were defective or damaged at the time of dispatch.

Cancellations

As we prepare and dispatch orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.

Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the following timeframes:

If you placed your order between Monday 10am and Tuesday 10am, the earliest you’ll receive your order is Wednesday.
If you placed your order between Tuesday 10am and Wednesday 10am, the earliest you’ll receive your order is Thursday.
If you placed your order between Wednesday 10am and Thursday 10am, the earliest you’ll receive your order is Friday.
If you placed your order after Thursday 10am and before Monday 10am, the earliest you’ll receive your order is Tuesday.


Please allow up to 3 days for delivery in case of unforeseen delays. If your order has not arrived after 3 days, please contact us so we can review the status.

 Please do not send any items back to us by post, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective. If you receive a refund, the original delivery cost will be deducted unless the refund is due to a fault on our part.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Risk, Ownership & Liability

  • Once your order has been delivered, the responsibility and ownership of the goods transfer to you.
  • It is your responsibility to check product labels and storage instructions carefully.
  • If goods are moved from the original delivery address to another location, we cannot be held responsible for any damage.
  • We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by factors beyond our control.

In the rare event that your order is incomplete or an item has a defect, please contact us immediately.
